Static Beach is now on-line. Listen Now! Listen to the latest show from Static Beach.
Danny McGreal
Danny is a triple threat – a dancer, singer, and actress. Wait…that’s
Rita
Moreno. Danny is not a triple threat. As a matter of fact, he’s no
threat
at all. So why the restraining order, baby?
Danny was born to sharecroppers in the Mississippi Delta. When he was
ten
years old, he started his own business – selling second-hand pickles.
By the age of the 13, he
had made his first million. By the age of 14, he had lost it all
betting
it on rotisserie chicken races.
Actually, he’s a comedy club veteran
(okay…as a waiter), and his complete lack of radio experience threatens
to
undermine the entire show. His dream is to run an adoption agency that
caters exclusively to Angelina Jolie.
Max Hodges stops by the Static Beach studio and Danny gives the famous paparazzi a taste of his own medicine.
Fun Stuff
White Castle Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients
10 White Castle hamburgers, pickle removed
1 1/2 c Celery, diced
1 1/4 ts Ground thyme
1 1/2 ts Ground sage
3/4 ts Coarse ground black pepper
1/4 c Chicken broth
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, tear the White Castle hamburgers into pieces and add diced celery and seasonings. Toss and add chicken broth. Toss well. Stuff cavity of turkey just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups (enough for 10-12 lb bird).
NOTE: Allow 1 White Castle hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivilent of 3/4 cup stuffing per pound.
